Refunds will be issued if requested by Sept. 10, 2009.
A $25 administration fee will be subtracted from your refund.
No refunds for any reason after September 15, 2009.
No animal substitutions will be allowed after October 1, 2009. Substitutions prior to 10/1/09 will incur a $25 processing fee.
